Your tech will replace or repair faulty components (at the customer’s authorization), clean and grease all moving parts for optimal performance, and carefully reseal the motor housing to protect against moisture and debris. All external bolts are thread-sealed during reassembly to ensure long-lasting durability. Once reinstalled, the mid-drive system is tested to confirm smooth, reliable operation, confirming that the bike has been repaired.
